AccessHealth Tricounty Network works with potential patient to determine if they qualify for network services. Qualifying patients are matched with a volunteer healthcare provider who has agreed to a reduced or waived fee for services.

AHTN recognizes that our members often have additional needs. Every effort is made to connect members with available community resources to help with social care as needed.

To qualify for the AccessHealth Tri-County Network you must:

Be uninsured

Between 19 and 64 years old

Be a resident of Berkeley, Charleston or Dorchester counties

Have a combined household income below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines
